Little history about this shipwreck diving spot in Coron which I read there. It said that On the 24th September 1944, The US Navy launched a massive air strike on a Japanese supply fleet that was anchored in Coron. The US fighter aircraft and dive bombers claimed to have sunk 24 vessels. Some 60 years on, 12 of the wrecks have been discovered and 8 of them are close together in Coron's Bay, while the others are slightly further afield. And We only have chances to visit 3 ship wrecks.

It was really amazing experience, mixed feeling between tenses, excited, happy, and finally I did it. 4 dives for 2 days in wonderful reef coral and ship wreck, written exam and quizzes, lectures from very kind and friendly instructor and very very cool last test, finally I got it (one of my year resolution). I got the open water diving license from PADI.
It’s kind of experiencing another world every time I go for diving. What the sea gives us, It’s actually a paradise. Even tough this almost maybe my 9th or 10th diving experience, I'm still bit nervous when I start to enter the wreck which has very narrow gap and very short viewing distance and still worried about my buoyancy skill which not yet good enough . But then, few second later, totally forget about those nervous and worries, totally amazed with the wreck and the rich and colourful of marine life surround the wreck. Feel like wanna to swim in every spaces and corner of the wreck which can be reached. It’s really pleasant to see all those things for an hour. Really thanks for the hospitality of Pabelonio's diving shop member Coron Divers and family. Yeah looking forward for another wreck diving activity, maybe Ambon or Coron's again :-)
