
ABOUT ME
I am currently working with Kvantum Institute, University of Oulu, Finland under the supervision of Prof. Seppo Vainio. In this project, I am working in isolation of extracellular vesicles derived from plants such as spruce, bilberry, cloudberry, and strawberry. Another aims to understand their bio-fate and their contribution to cross-kingdom communication in animal cells. At the end of the project, we will be able to construct a hybrid EV-nanoparticle for drug delivery. For my Ph.D. I was working with Dr. Peilin Chen's group ( Research center of Applied Science of Academia Sinica) and collaborate with Prof. Mou, Chung-Yuan, National Taiwan University, Taiwan. My primary research interest was in synthesis nanoparticles and develop their application for sensing and imaging in bio-system. I am also passionate about understanding inefficiencies in the healthcare system and helping to drive innovation through entrepreneurial solutions.
